Calcojobs (calcojobs.com) is a free job board connecting robotics, automation, software, healthcare, and logistics professionals with employers across California. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use the site and how we use it.
Information We Collect
We collect only what is needed to operate the service:
- Email address — only if you voluntarily subscribe to our weekly job alert digest. We store your email and the date you subscribed.
- Usage data — standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring URL). This data is used for security and performance monitoring and is not sold or shared.
We do not require you to create an account. Browsing job listings is completely anonymous.
How We Use Your Information
- Email address — used only to send the weekly job digest you signed up for and an initial welcome message. We will never send unrelated marketing or sell your address to third parties.
- Usage data — used to understand which pages are popular and to diagnose technical issues.
Email Unsubscribe
You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email we send, or by contacting us directly. We will remove your address within 48 hours.
Cookies & Advertising
Calcojobs uses Google AdSense to display advertisements. Google uses cookies to show relevant ads based on your browsing history. Google's use of advertising cookies is governed by its own privacy policy.

- Job listing links — when you click "Apply," you are taken directly to the employer's own careers page. We have no control over how those sites handle your data.
Data Retention
Email addresses are retained for as long as you are subscribed. Upon unsubscribing your address is deleted immediately from our systems. Server access logs are retained for up to 30 days.
Your Rights
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below. We will respond within 30 days.
Children's Privacy
Calcojobs is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
